Our Chef, Jeffrey D. is cooking up some delectable dishes inspired by traditional British and modern global flavors. The menu offers a truly unique and unforgettable dining experience. It features small plate items, such as Mediterranean Mussels and Pan-Seared Crab Cake, unforgettable sandwiches such as the Dublin Steak Sandwich with Guinness battered onion wedges, and a stellar line-up of main dishes ranging from traditional Fish n' Chips to Slow-Roasted Maple Leaf Farms Duck Confit. Chef’s features on the dinner menu change frequently, and features the freshest locally and naturally grown/raised ingredients and Chef’s latest creative endeavors.
